Description

As a BuzzTech Retail Specialist, you’re highly skilled at uncovering customers’ needs, then following through with enlightening solutions. Not only are you the first person customers meet when they enter the store, you’re also the person who guides them — advising, selling and even setting up their products. Do you have a passion for hands-on problem solving? Do you love helping others by sharing your technical knowledge? At BuzzTech, you maintain customers’ trust in us as a skilled technician, troubleshooting and repairing products. You use your amazing diagnostic and people skills to assure BuzzTech’s clients of swift resolutions to their technical issues. As a Technician at a BuzzTech store, you offer advice on accompanying accessories that will further improve the customer’s experience with their device. You also educate your team members about products, while independently keeping your own technical know-how up to date. With your customer service brilliance and empathetic nature, you provide technical advice and support to both customers and team members.
