Refunds & Returns Policy

  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Exchanges: Items can be exchanged within 14 days if they are unused and in their original packaging.
  • Change of Mind: No refunds are given for change-of-mind purchases. Store credit only.
  • Repairs: If you experience an issue after a repair, please return to the store for assessment.
  • Refunds: Refunds for goods (excluding faulty repairs) are at our sole discretion and will be provided as a credit note only.
  • Faulty Repairs/Parts: If a repair or replacement part is found to be faulty, we will investigate and offer a replacement.
  • No cash refunds will be given.
