- Change of Mind: No refunds are given for change-of-mind purchases. Store credit only.
- Repairs: If you experience an issue after a repair, please return to the store for assessment.
- Refunds: Refunds for goods (excluding faulty repairs) are at our sole discretion and will be provided as a credit note only.
- Faulty Repairs/Parts: If a repair or replacement part is found to be faulty, we will investigate and offer a replacement.
